So, Facebook can be helpful.
I tuned in today to see a picture of my brothers right forearm,
complete with IV needles and other emergency room toys attached.
I wasn't expecting that.
Yes, he took the picture himself while laying on those comfy E.R. gurney's.
The prognoses is, "Heck, we have no idea," and he was sent home.

Speaking of health care................
If you live in the United States and have been above ground at any time during the last year,
or if you live in another country and are still giggling while watching our endless debates concerning our antiquated health care system than you know that today was judgement day for Obama's Affordable Care Act.

It seems our Supreme Court judges ruled in favor of the President.
Is this good or bad?
Everyone I talk to hates the idea. How did Obama ever get elected?
It's a mystery to me.

My research shows:

Affordable care will be provided to millions of people who as of this writing, have no care at all.
Again, I try to understand what the Tea party people are screaming about.

Because of this new law, insurance companies are not allowed to deny you health coverage no matter what.
If you have a chronic disease and are in the hospital all the time, they still must give you health insurance.
Oh, now I see what everyone is pissed about. That's unconscionable. How dare Obama do that.

The law also stops companies from charging sick people higher premiums. NOW THAT'S JUST NOT FAIR!!

I can now keep my 23 year old daughter on my health coverage until she is 26 years old. What that does is remove the stress generated between graduating from college and hurry up get a job so you have health insurance. Barack. How could you do that? Those risky years of having no insurance build strong moral fiber.

All those employees who work for small business owners will now have a health plan.
UNFAIR-UNFAIR-UNFAIR!!! STOP THE MADNESS.

Please Mr. President, let's go back to the way it was. If I get sick the insurance company drops me.
Keeps me on my toes, motivates me to work out 5 days a week, you know?

I liked it the way it was. I liked having no choice of which company would insure me.

Mitt Romney says if elected President, his first order of business will be to abolish Obamacare.
Mitt says he has a better plan but hasn't been specific about what it would include.
That's comforting.

Aetna was able to give me another 17% increase just in time. Just like last year and the year before. Three years ago my premium was about $200 a month less than it is now. And they cover nothing because I never meet my deductible. I detest health insurance as it is today so welcome a change. CNN sure blew the coverage!
