This is the first in a series of posts I'm calling;
MARK'S HELPFUL WEDDING PLANNING TIPS.
The subject matter here at Mark's rants and raves usually doesn't include a "How To" section,
I'm usually just complaining about something,
but I believe there is a need for this help in today's world.
So, without further delay, here is Helpful Wedding Planning Tip #1.
If the parents of the bride are paying for the entire wedding, the groom's parents should have no reason to think they have a right to have any input concerning anything related to the wedding....at all.
Your welcome.
Helpful tip #2 will be posted tomorrow.

I totally agree....money talks!
It's the price we pay for having daughters... Your reasoning is clear, but I doubt that the logic can hold out against unreasonable emotion... and pushiness. Are these rules going to be part of another book, or will the Wedding Planner Book exist all by itself. Good luck...
